This page is for Reventory (Reventory: Shop & Discover). It explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Reventory lets people create personal accounts (Discover) and business accounts (shop stock, sales, staff). If you created an account, you can delete it using the steps below.
2. Delete in the Reventory app (recommended)
Personal account
1. Open the Reventory app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile / Account.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm, then type DELETE in all caps.
5. You will be signed out. You cannot sign in again with that account.
Business account
1. Open the Reventory app and sign in as the business owner.
2. Open Account / Account management (or Settings → Account).
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm, then type DELETE in all caps.
5. You will be signed out. You cannot sign in again with that account.
Workers
Worker logins are managed by the business. Ask the shop owner to remove your worker access, or contact support with your company reference and email.
3. Delete by email (without the app)
If you cannot use the app, email us from the same address on your Reventory account:
To: app.reventory@gmail.com
Subject: Delete my Reventory account
Include:
• Full name (if you used one)
• Account email
• Whether the account is personal (Discover) or business
• For business: shop name and company reference ID if you have it
We will verify ownership and process the request. We usually respond within a few business days.
4. What is deleted
When you delete your account we close sign-in and mark the account deleted. Associated personal data is scheduled for removal, including:
• Your login / profile (name, email, username where applicable)
• Personal Discover activity tied to your user account (e.g. posts, likes, follows as that user)
• Session and device links for that account
You will not be able to sign in again after deletion is confirmed.
5. What may be kept (and for how long)
Some data may be kept for a limited time for security, fraud prevention, backups, billing, or legal reasons:
• Soft-deleted account flags and deletion timestamps (so the closed account cannot be reused immediately)
• Business / shop records (inventory, sales, receipts, staff history) may remain available to the business or for legal/accounting retention after the owner account is closed — contact us if you need shop data exported or wiped
• Payment / subscription records held by payment providers as required by law
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
• Backups, which may retain residual copies for a limited period before they expire
Grace period: after you delete in the app, contact support within 10 days if you change your mind. After that window the account may be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
6. Privacy policy
