How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and follow the email link. If you signed up with Google, use Google sign-in instead.

Can I change my store URL after signup?

Store URLs are set at registration. Email support@reventory.app if you need a change — we’ll help from there.

Where do I get help inside the mobile app?

Open the app and tap the headphones icon for in-app support chat.

What are your support hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm WAT. We aim to respond to emails within 12 hours on business days.
