The rules that govern your use of Reventory. Please read these carefully before using our platform.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Reventory Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") and you. By accessing or using the Reventory website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
All services are rendered "as is" and "as available" with all faults. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied. If you use Reventory's storefront features to sell items, please note that we are not a party to any transactions between you and your customers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of goods published, nor the ability of buyers to pay. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including tax collection and remittance.
To use certain features, you must register an account. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Certain features of Reventory require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.
By using the Service, you warrant that: • You will provide true, accurate, and complete information. • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (or are authorized by your company). • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • You will not post or offer for sale any prohibited, counterfeit, or infringing items. • You will not upload malware or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
Your Content: Information, images, and data you upload remains your intellectual property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use your publicly available listing content (e.g., descriptions, images) for promotional purposes, including marketing trials or third-party influencer content. Our Content: All materials on the Platform (software, graphics, logos, trademarks), except user content, belong to us or our licensors. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold Reventory, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damages (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or any transaction entered into by you via the Platform.
In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any lost profit or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claims shall be limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the 6 months prior to the action arising, or $100 USD, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other operational or security reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in English.
